Not getting the car repaired in time

Dear Sir, I met with an accident on 25th nov.08, my aveo car got damaged from the front, i gave the car to get it repaired to Triumph Motors, Alwar, I had completed the insurance formalities on the same day, but still i have not received the car till today, and also according to the Authorised persom at the workshop - the car will not get ready in the next seven days also, My car No. is RJ-02-CA-1119, My address - Devendra kathuria, C/o Kathuria communications, Bus stand, Alwar -301001, (Rajasthan), Cell- 09352205680

Please Help me out of this whole Shit, Just can't beleive the working way of General Motors Staff!!!
