REAR SUSPENSION / CLUTCH

Dear Sir,

I have been complaining for Poor Rear Suspension of Mr Car from Day One I bought this Car. N Number of time car was taken to Udit Motors for verification of same and every time I was told it was loose / some rubber bush were in bad shape but as a layman any one can get into my car and will be in a position to point out that my rear suspension is poor.

I had also complain for Hard Clutch and hard Gear Shifting again in this case also I was told that oiling, etc has been done now it is fine.

I have once again taken my car to service station and now they say your Clutch Plate needs to be replaced. Rear Suspension is checked and some work done (I am still not aware of it).

After Sales Service of GM is very poor and because of this I have landed up in position to spend for replacing Clutch / may be rear suspension very soon.

I want GM India to Pls look into records for my Car. MH-04-DJ-5190 - Udit Motors - Thane.
