Miss Rawat it is highly shocking that what type of banking you're doing & what you're doing being the head of grievance cell. I had written you thrice that there is no dues left against me still everyday, I get SMS & phone calls. Perhaps it appears to be a your strategy to harass the customer like this & recover your dues. But what about if a customer doesn't owe anything & still you keep on sending him SMS & phone calls. I spoke to Miss Rajni on phone no. 95124-6572222 & I was told 3 days before that after 48 hrs., there shall be no SMS & after 3 days, no calls will be there & excess penalty & interest charges shall be reversed. But the same is still going on. Please look into it before I proceed to consumer cell for causing mental agony & torture to me.
