Delay in payment of cheque

I had deposited a cheque no.17938 dt 02.02.09 of bank of india chirkunda branch dist dhanbad for rs 50000.00 (fifty thousand) payable to joy bharat oil industries sainthia dist bibhum bearing a/c no. 030598161349 of state bank of india sainthia branch, at your drop box of state bank of india barakar branch dist burdwan on 02.02.09.

the cheque was debited in my ac. no. cc 50 of bank of india, chirkunda thru state bank chirkunda branch on 09.02.2009 and the same was sent to your barakar branch by chirkunda branch on same day.

but till 06.03.2009 the amount has not been credited to ac of joy bharat oil industries.

After 3-4 times pesual at state bank barakar branch ihave been replied that it will take time.

I do not understand the delay at this times of CBS & internet banking.

so please reply me the reason.

due to this delay i have lost my reputation & was unable to purchase which made loss in my business.

so please reply.
