Avis Hitek Air Cooler

Hi,

My name is Mukut and i have brought a Avis Hitek air cooler on 17th April and it is not working since last 10 days. I have called customer care however they are not responsible enough. Always they says that they are sending somebody withing 2 hours, one hour, till evening. Its been ongoing fraud since last 10 days. I have now two complain numbers. 1216 and 102/5.

Please Help.
