Mouse/Cockroach in Sleeper Coach/Overcharges on Meals

Miscellaneous

Dear Sir,

We recently travelled from Jalandhar cantt (PB) to Surender nagar (Gujrat) on 06th April. My Ticket PNR NO is 234-7380735 and Train No is 2478 (Coach no: S7, seat No: 69 and 70) in sleeper class. I would like to bring your kind notice

1. That my coach was in bad shape with so many patches inside it

2. Toilet was not clean.

3. Mouse and Cockroach were inside the coach and to protect

to stop, railway persons have fixed Brown adhesive tape on all

the joints in the coach, Even then there were moving inside.

4. The charges on meal were collected not as per the price list

displayed in the pantry from the passengers, Even one of the

passenger start fighting with vendor also on this issue.

I would like to listen your few comments on my complaint and also would like to know, what actions you are going to take in this regard.

Simlaraly while return journey from Surendernagar to jaalandhar cantt on 09th april, PNR No 831-9459510, Train No 2475, Coach 3tier A/C, Seat no 37 and 38 (B3). When i asked the ventor (Mr. Pandy) about the overcharges as per the display list in pantry, (Contractor was R.K.H.S). He replied that we donot fight on thie price, if you would like to pay as per the display list price, even then we will accept the payment from you. This was not the justified reply that he has given during our return Journey.

We would like to see you comments on these both issues at the earliest under right of information act

Thanking you,

Yours Sincerely,

Harinder Paul Singh
