Settlement letter of the credit card

I am a SBI credit card holder. My card no. is 0004317575018336017. Number of times I requested SBI credit card collection agent at Baroda Office for a payment settlement of the card. I had purchase goods from Avi Store, Baroda on credit card amounting to Rs.550/ but did not received any bill regarding that amount. In 2nd lot when I had purchased from M/S Kalaniketan, I got the bill by additing Rs.550/.I had paid the cheque amounting 1st and 2nd slot money together. Later I had also given the authority for cancellation of the card. Thereafter I had regularly received bill for 2 year by additing late fee and interest. I also had telephonic talk with Mrs. Suchitra and also send the letter to Shri Anil Balasaheb Chaudhary regarding this matter. I had also send the letter to the Manager of SBI Card, Gurgaon. Shri Anil Balasaheb Chaudhary had confirmed me that my case regarding the credit card problem is being solved, but still i did not got any settlement letter from your side till today. One fine weekend started with a harassment call from collection agents of the card and I was harassed by their team very badly. Most of the calls were from Delhi by Akshay Saigal. Inspite of the harassing calls they made to me, they also called my house wife and to my colleagues of the company. It continued for 2 – 3 days from Morning to evening. They used almost all the abusing words in Hindi and English to my wife and even to my colleagues. Now I am in a dreadful situation, that I lost my entire good image in the company & in my family circle.

The numbers from where I got the calls is mentioned below. So this unfortunate thing should not happen to any one else again. Please, be careful about the situations like this. The numbers from which I got threatened is.
