Lie to the customer to make a Sale

Hi All,

I have filled numerous complaints and see no response from you guys. This shows how irresponsible and poor service the company provides.

Your sales rep send a message stating that you can claim your policy or the medical benefit anytime and is applicable from the very first day of the policy.

I have requested for the Cancellation and want my money back now.
