Dear Sir,

I had applied last month august’09 due to lack in proper service, I had request to correct my communication address which was previously wrongly maintained on the policy document, but when I received the document for the second time my address was same which was earlier. Disgusting whan i received third time totaly wrong mantined addresed. I unable to show my confidence in the company for so many year when my grievance in not being addressed properly right now also.

i had spacialy sant the mail of complaints@avivaindia.com.regarding my addressed so too...

third time also wrong address

But third time when i received my document that document are not properly right.i have seen that someone else documents are murge in my documents. So tell me how can be believe the company.

i give the canceletion letter so please cancel my polecy an refund my amount.i give u 7 days time the company, not after 7 days i am going to consumer court and i will sue againght u pupale.other wise i will make sure this latter shuld be published in the news paper.

i realy upsad your company,

But i m saying any body it's not my folt this is company folt, after except my caclation latter aviva company didected my fund.why so,

so please refund my full payment, im not satifised your company and your survice.i except seven thousand twenty two rupees, i wont my 88 rupees,
