MISSSELLING SO REFUND

we are very unsatisfied from the company.

before investing your FPC told us that you will get your amount from the company after three years, having good intrest amount than fixed deposits .so we invest in the life long plan.but when we got the policy documents we read that documents and go to the bank (BANK OF PUNJAB, guru kanshi marg, Bathinda) and asked that you are missselling the policy because penalty will be deducted after withdrawing after three years .but they told that to belive them no penalty charges will be deducted and you will get complete amount... so when we do not get satisfied we again call fpc NAVNISH who deals in AVIVA at the bank and asked about the same plan so he was again missguiding us .so we recorded his conversation and forwarded the cd to the head office.but no reply was given to us .so we do not have any way left except media and court.

we cannot deposit that much of amount for that much of years reply soon
