Poor Servicing for Wagon R

I have a Wagon R Lx 2002 Model. I have been facing problems with the suspension and struts for over two yers now. Everey time I take the car for serving they recommend to change the same, and the problem surfaces after few months.

This time around they advised me to replace both the left and right strut and steering assembly. I was somehow not convinced and sure if that would address the problem and advised them to just do a normal service.

After two days I got the car back with no servicing done and the car had gone from bad to verse with no balance and steering wheel going completely loose and out of control.

I got the car back in a much verse condition and was left disappointed and wondering where to go.

This has been a routing feature at service centre specailly theso called MASS.

I have decided never to buy a maruti again for the poor service that I have received.
