Registered post not yet delivered to the original destination

Respected Sir,

I've bagged an documents from Lucknow post office, (Director Finance), Energy Management Directorate, RDSO, Manak Nagar, Lucknow-226011) on 22nd Jan for M/s Avni Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd., # 53 to 58, 4th Floor, Chakravarthy complex, Sajjan Rao Circle, V.V.Puram, Bangalore. But the article is not delivered till date and after enquiring at Basavangudi Branch Post office at Bangalore they have informed that the document has returned back to the original destination (Lucknow) on 1st Jan and already 1 week over and it has not yet reached the original destination and no one is responding on the issue. It is very important and valuable document. Kindly help in tracing the document to delivery it to the orginal destination i.e (Director Finance), Energy Management Directorate, RDSO, Manak Nagar, Lucknow-226011) as soon as possible.

The Registered post no. is EL/8.8.8 dated: 22/01
