Not recieved passport

Dear sir, madem

I have applied for renewal of my passport File No. R06298708, The Status which is showing in the net is passport alloted and it is in printing process this message is there form past two weeks. I got doubt and went directly to bangalore passport office where there told police verification is pending later i vent to police ststion and cleared the formalities. But still in the net it is showing the same message which was there in the beging. so what is the problem iam not knowing and when can i get the passport. it is very urgent for me Please take my request and send the passport as soon us posible
