Dear Sir,

I have joined M/S Avtec Ltd (A C K Birla Group company) located at Sector III Pithampur Sagore Pin 454774 Dist Dhar (M.P.) India on 28.02.2008 and on 26.02.09 they called me for a meeting and forcefully taken my resignation now I am without job & my family is suffering. They have not given me any time period. As per my joining letter company should give me 3 months notice either I leave them or they remove me. This is all done stating slow market & money crunch although company's condition is improving.

Needless to say that I am going through tremendous tension & pressure and my family is also suffering due to that. Today in this situation its very difficult to get a job. Please help me.

A humble request to take immediate action as me & my family (My mother, my wife & my two daughters) are suffering badly. I also lost my credential in society. There was no fault from my side even last appraisal I secured 76%. My conduct was good in the company
