Application of Stop on Incoming/Outgoing calls

A telephone call to my staff on 21st Oct at about 6:40pm from Rajender at Vodafone Mini Store, K-100-A-II, Lajpat Nagar – II,

New Delhi – 110024, Mobile No.: 9811823326 that call charges limit on Mobile No.: 9811025261 which is Rs. 16, 100/- has exceeded. On 22nd Oct payment of Rs. 15, 000/- vide State Bank of Travancore, New Delhi was made by me. Refers Receipt CC No. 5187 dated 22 Oct issued by above referred Vodafone Mini Store. However on 23 Oct I was unable to make any outgoing calls. I fail to understand why such a penalty was imposed even though payment was made well within 24 hours of intimation of my Exceeding Dynamic Credit Limit.

Above action by concerned Vodafone authorities is most uncalled for. Such an action has led to extreme concern for my clientele and my business. If such an action is to be taken than Vodafone Authorities need to rethink a suitable time plan i.e. time gap between intimation by you and receipt of payment to ward off such an uncalled for action of putting a stop to outgoing calls; more especially in my case as I have not faulted to clear my monthly bills well before “due date”. I am certain that due credit will be apportioned to me for my continuing loyalty to Vodafone in the past.

I do hope this mail of mine will get due attention of your Commercial and Finance Department Heads. Looking forward to an immediate and favorable response.
