Washing machine is not working for 2 months

i am a user top loading aw60-8062... i hv been complaniing this issue last 2 months ..i called ur customer care center ..sevraltimes... i called mr kashyap, miss alka... they r looking after delhi ncr..but they cant resolve this issue... they commited aswell..but now nobody visited my home... first call was made on 10 june ...& today is 3 aug... plz tell me when will u resolve this complaind...
