Money deducted from acc.but did not recieved

Hi,

this is { Vikash kumar gupta } and I am the acc. holder of your bank in kolkata, and this friday I used your DEBIT card to withdraw Rs 10, 000 and I used axis banks ATM that is located in { Bistupur near kamanicentre, jamshedpur, jharkhand }.

problem was I entered the amout and waited for my transaction it was taking longer than usual so I pressed cancel several times and went out of the ATM as I required the money urgently, but as I entered the amount in the other ATM It showed me insufficient balance.now I wonder whether money is taken by the other User of the ATM after me or it is in the wastebox of the ATM .i tried you customer service no several times but failed to connect. please help as I am left in complete dark at this point of time.
