WRONG DELIVERY OF A/C KIT

I KAPIL KUMAR, WORKING IN MOUNT SHIKHAR FINENCIAL SERVICES ADD: 601, 6th FLOOR, NEW DELHI HOUSE, BARAKHAMBA ROAD, CANNOUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI-110001

my salery a/c opened with axis bank, i got my dabit card pin 15 days ago but i had not got my a/c opening kit which contains cheque book and dabit card. i went to bank they told me that the dispetched my a/c kit on 17/03 via AFL COURIERS on my correspondence address which is WZ-572 B, 3rd FLOOR, CLUB ROAD, NARAINA VILLAGE, NEW DELHI-110028.

But AFL COURIERS delivered my a/c kit on B-56, PHASE-2, NARAINA, NEW DELHI-110028 (PHONE NO.-25892369) as AFL COURIERS told me, they delivered that a/c kit to a person named SOHAN SINGH. I called on the said no. but receiver told me that there is no person of that name.

now AFL COURIERS ignoring this matter.

plzz solve this matter.
