Dear Sir

On line payment of a LIC premium Rs 1219.00 has been made by me on 15-6-08. But During Checking of my statement on 16-6-08 it came to my notice that the said amount debited twice from my SB Ac No- 116010100156882.In this Circumstances I need necessary advice from your end to overcome the situation.
