Iconnect password not received

Hi

I have a salary AC (194010100192712) in Axis bank, since from a year. I have got welcome kit in which i did not find my iconnect password.

I personally went to Axis bank (koramangala) and give a complaint. The promised telling that i will receive it in 7 working day. Its almost 1 year i not received it yet. Could come one help me out.
