PERSONAL LOAN

Respected sir,

I am a customer of AXIS Bank Kankurgachi Kolkata. I have applied for a personal loan through one of the employee of Axis Bank named Shalini Agrawal of personal section. She send an agent named Arvind to me, he take all the necessary document regarding personal loan from me and ask me the fill the required form. After taking the all the document from me, he told me that he will notify me about the statous of my application. After five days he informed me that the loan is not sactioned even after confirming I submitted all the document. After that I was informed that i will get all the document but more than four month has been spent up till now I have not got the documetns. For this I have made many call to the loan section they only told that we have sent. Please take necessary action please as soon as possible
