Personal Loan Statement

HI,

I got personal loan from Axis bank on 17th July. While taking the loan, they said me tht they'll deduct the amount from Sep by ECS service. But the next month itself they started to deduct the EMI.

Generally when a person gets a loan, he will be given a welcome kit in which every details of Loan are mentioned. i.e. Loan Number, EMI amount, Balance Carried Forward etc.

Also a statement is dispatched to person's address after deduction of each EMI.

I haven't got anything as of now. At the time of loan application, they told me that they will send me everything. I called many times, even I sent the mail also. Since one week I'm trying to the Customere care. No one is coming on line.

Only 2 times I got the Line, even they didn't giv me the proper response. They were trying to escape, but they are not ready to service.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Before taking the loan, they will agree whatever u ask (even its impossible also). Once we get the loan, they are not ready to service which is possible.

Kindly resolve my problem.
