I am axis Credit Card Holder. Around 10 month back I have used Credit Card and from then i am regulary paying my minimum due amount. But instead of reducing the amount every month my amount is increasing. Per month they are charging three times services tax . late payment charges etc etc. and when in December i am again and again asking for the reasons and settlement but they are not ready and now they have started taking directly from my Salary Account without my knowledge and permossion when i am asking the reason they are saying that they have Authority for the same as they have signed documents for this, which i am not aware.

Against 15000/ i have almost paid more than 20000 till date. And from the Sptem to Jan. i have paid 10000/- and against 9100 and still my due amount is 16000/-. Thus i request you to please help.
