Regarding Consolidated Charges for a/c

Dear Sir,

The Axis bank has deducted Rs. 500 10.3% Service Charge (551.30) from my Axis bank account without my consent. There was no intimation regarding the same. It was deducted on 30/03. And when i accessed the iconnect (Internet banking service provided by Axis bank) for the statement query, the option for all types of queries are now removed from the site which were available on website. I also called to customer care to know about the deduction but no proper response was there, the customer care person said they do not have any information regarding this deduction (Consolidated charges for A/C).

Kindly suggest for further step what should I do regarding the same.
