Consolidated charges for A/c

Hi,

I have salary account with Axis bank, Cochin branch.

They had deducted 300Rs 30.90 (Service Tax @10.30%) from my account, when i asked them why this happened they told me that I can have only 3 transaction allow in a month.

If my transaction increase by 3 then I will be charged by 50Rs Service Tax per transaction. As far as I know no bank has such rules and it is nowhere stated in their site. And their customer care is the worst, they wont even reply to your emails and in phone-banking you have to try several times.

Has anybody having the same issues?
