Consolidated Charges for A/c

Axis bank has charged me for more then 3 transactions. There was no such notification from bank. Is this deduction inline with RBI / Constitution/ or Similar policy Implementing authority. A charge of Rs, 1100 Service tax @10.3 is charged.

Today is time for e-cash and such charges will iscourage customers to use banking transactions, cheques, ATM, Online Payment.

A stringent and quicl action is expected.
