Not recieve Debit card

My accnt no is 296010100108874 My debit card lost away for a month ago & I applied for a new debit card on 8th of april still now I did not recieve my debit card. The operator of axis bank sec-7 rohini branch asked me that the debit card is couriered within 7-10 days. But now today is the 20th day & I did not got any response from them.

Pls make them fast.
