Account Opening Issue

I have opened a saving account in Axis bank (JJ Road Branch) on 16/06. The exec told me that the starter kit will be delivered to me with in 3 working days. But the was not delivered, only pin no was delivered. When i inquired about the kit, exec told me that the courier was not delivered because my address was not found. So i verified the address and ask them to resend it to me on this address. After 8 days when i ask them why the kit is not yet deliver, they said that when courier person went for delivery no body was at my house. But this is impossible because i have a grandmother who is at house 24x7. Now these people are saying i need to collect it from their branch office, or some one from there branch will come and give a hand delivery, since i am working so they need authority letter but they cannot recourier it.
