Rejected Transactions

To whomsoever it may concern,

This is in reference to the atm transaction I made at CorpBank ATM, SJR Park Whitefield on 24/07 20:27:21 & 24/07 20:29:41 for Rs 1, 000 & Rs 400 respectively, the transactions were declined with error code ESPCODE# 4100 for both the transactions and Reference# 620367 (for Rs 1, 000) & 620907 (for Rs 400) yet the money was deducted from my savings account. Please look into this issue and revert back ASAP. This instance has happened several times before with many employees of our company & the only reason we land up in this CorpBank ATM is because your Axis Bank atm machine is always out of order. Please get this issue fixed.
