Delay in issue of credit card

Dear Sir/maam

My name is Pawan Sharma and i m currently working with IDS info tech Sec 34 A chandigarh, as i had applied for a credit card and the application was rcvd by the Headoffice on sept 11 and since then i m getting the same info that the card is in processing, i got the ref#591881 and request #74532, can you plz look into te matter and provide me with neccessary details on my phone no#09988901839.
