Online Transactions

Hi this is Vamshi,

When ever i do any Axis Bank Online transaction or purchase any item. Some amount is getting debitted (Cutting) from my account, Something like this "TIPS/SCG/DT.01-JUL-09". For every transaction it is cutting around Rs. 26.7/-. What is the reason? I even contacted Bank Persons in Gachibowli, They asked me to contact Customer care. I tried many times but i didn't get reply. Can any one help me. I have sent mail thru online to RM Alerts (Mail option avialable in Online) they replied me to contact Customer care are nearby Branch. But i didn't get any reply to my query.
