The withdrawl of Rs 15, 000/- through ATM card of my Savings bank account in PNB (A/c no. 3714010400116983) has been recorded in Axis Bank ATM at Shastri Nagar Ghaziabad on 27.9.09 at 10.52 AM vide record no. 4452. The ATM ID as indicated on the record slip is S1AC09511. However the machine did not produce the requisite amount. After again checking my account, it has been noticed that my account has been debited by Rs. 15, 000.

Please advise and sort out the matter.
