Credit Card Not Received!

I got a Message in my mobile from axis bank stating that my credit card despatched through first flight courier. But i haven't received yet. In that message they insisted me to contact if non receipt of credit card pls contact the First Flight Courier branch near you. I don't have any branch near me. It's only in pallavaram. How could i get my credit card. If they provide a contact number of courier francisee then only i will be able to get my credit card.

kindly help in this. I am helpless. My account no is 074010100259842. My customer relation number is: 074028968.
