ATM Withdrawal

I tried to withdraw Rs 2000 from a bank of maharastra ATM in mumbai with my Axis Bank ATM cum Debit card, the machine did not release any funds but on the contrary the amount got deducted from my account .. I reported this to Lokhandwala Branch in Mumbai and they told me that the funds will be reverted back into my account within 15 days, but even after 17 days none of the branch officials are cooperating to solve the issue. I havent recieved the amount as yet. This is not the kind of customer service any customer expects from such a reputed bank.
