Misleading the share holders

I received a letter from Axis Bank that share holders are entitled to receive credit cards without having to produce address proof, income proof etc. The Bank accepted my application but refused to issue the card saying that I will be entitled for a card only if I keep a fixed deposit. No where in the letter/pamphlet is it mentioned that I should put down a certain amount to obtain a credit card. The Bank is misleading the share holders. They returned my application WITHOUT a covering letter.so I dont know the reason why it was rejected. On calling them they refused to send me a letter stating the reason for rejection.

Please take stern action against the Bank and instruct them accordingly
