Hi...
SBI employee must take management training... I tried calling there so many times, 75% they won't receive the call, if bymistakes it gets connected then other person will shout at you like anything and as usual gives other number to call, which will never be responded..
same thing happned to me, after long time my call got connected and a person asked me to call on other number, i said no one picks up the phone then he transferred the line (which dosen't happen) and without checking that he simply kept the phone aside and there is no response. agin i tried to call up bt now the message was "The line is temporary out of service". why don't people sit at home if they are not really intrested in working
SBI employee should improve their behaviour, they should be given a traininng how to beheave with the customers.
