Debit card is not working

My name is gaurav kuamr verma.

i had opened an account with uti bank in nov '04.

and for that i gotta debit card.. card no:-- 4688050930140955...

that was a international debit card.. validity of that is till nov '09...

but now a time if i use my card my transaction gets decliened... and the response code comes :-- 050

"UNAUTHORISED CARD USAGE"..

how can i get rid of this problem..

i can not go the bank personally from where i had this account (uti bank, rajpur road, dehradun)..

i want to take the action against the bank, why can't i use the facilities without a prior notice from the bank..

please take a quick action for the problem, so that i can use my account...

otherwise i 'll have to go to media for the said purpose...
