Hi,
I am Shashidhara. V. I HAD SUBMITTED A DD ON 03/02 IN MALLESHWARAM BRANCH BANGALORE, WHERE THE BANK EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN NEXT DAY.
BUT THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED AND I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ON 03/06, SHE TOLD THAT THE AMOUNT IS IN FLOATING STATUS AND IT WILL BE CREDITED BY 07 OR 08.
IF I CALL THE CSR THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND GIVING JUST CANNED ANSWER WHICH ARE THOUGHT BY AXIS BANK.
AT LAST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE AFTER I WILL NOT USE AXIS BANK AND I WILL LET ALL KNOW ABOUT THIS.

I HAVE 3 ACCOUNT WITH OTHER BANKS, THERE SERVICE IS GOOD THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH AXIS BANKS HAS.
NOW I WANT TO CONTACT MY COMPANY AND TELL THEM TO CHANGE THE SALARY ACCOUNT AND INFORM ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES ABOUT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THIS IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
