Money Deducting as a multiple charge

I have saving account (Account no. 166010100093596, Krishna nagar, delhi) with Axis bank last two years. since six months, it is deducting some amount as a service or Consolidated charge.

Just think, from 01/12 to 31/03/08, bank deducted Rs. 3652.34 from account. I think this not fair.

if I mentioned less amount in my account, then how much money would be deduct. is there any rule, or as bank mood.

Really, I am very disappointed with this bank. need to close the account.
