Money Deducting as a Consolidate charge

I have saving account (Account no. 214010100082174, Supela Bhilai, Chhattisgarh) with Axis bank last 9 Months. since six months, it is deducting some amount as a service or Consolidated charge.

Just think, from 01/10 to 31/03/08, bank deducted Rs. 3900 from account. I think this not fair.

if I mentioned less amount in my account, then how much money would be deduct. is there any rule, or as bank mood.

Really, I am very disappointed with this bank. need to close the account.
