Axis bank Worst service... no response for me...

Hi,

Axis bank customer care service is big worst. I have salaried account with this bad bank, I had applied for net banking and i got wrong iConnect pin very long bank (20 days before) but till today (7th of May) am not able to login to my account. Hence i went to axis bank and lodge a complaint two weeks back, but it is still not resolved. Also i sent a complaint mail to ibrm@axisbank.com but no response.

Please help me...
