Dear sir,

I L.P.SUBHAN KHAN, as i am saving account (Salaried account) holder in axis bank

I withdraw Rs of 300 on 18th at axisbank ATM begampet head office

Before with drawing amount i had 789.15 after withdrawing of rs 300 it came to 189.15 without my knowledge Rs 300/- Dr from my account

Request you to check and credit my Rs 300 and ensure that this should not happen with any one going forward
