Unable to pay LIC premium n amount got debited

After validating the amount of approx 9000 rupees on Axis bank account to pay my premium amount of LIC, the screen shown page has expired and nothing could be done after that. I had not used any botton like LAST or REFRESH.Neither my payment was successful nor i could get the money.
