Non delivery of credit card

I have got a sms on aug 5 from Axis Bank that my card has been deliverd by Expressit courier service. The delivery time was between 72 hours. Still it is not deliverd. I don't know to whom I have to contact.
If such type of courier services are present then
It is better to send anything by postoffice.
