Double debit on electronic Transfe

In the month of June and July i made some online transfers for my credit card payments, Mobile bill wherein my acccount was debited twice but the beneficiary received only one payment. Have made complaints, sent mails to people concerned but no one reverted back. Now if by mistake they take my call, answer is will get back. I am a priority customer and this account is corporate salary account.
Please help.
