Hi

I applied for personal loan in your bank 20 days back.

I got enquiry calls thrice and twice to my home, I had submitted the documents required by your personnel but till now i didnt get any update about that.

when I call u r personnel they are not giving any proper reply and now they are not even attending the call. Can you update on that as soon as possible so that i can apply in any other banks.

This is the worst case i never had in my life.

Update about that ASAP to my personnel mail which i mentioned above.
