Dishonour of chques

I have Salary Account with Axis Bank of Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi vide my A/c no126010100095460, i have a loan from Centurian Bank Of Punjub for 30 months @ Rs 1552 each, and i was also given 30nos chq to Centurian Bank Of Punjub. But few times chques was dishonoured by the Axis Bank, when my A/c ballance is more than my installment. And also deduct by Axis bank Rs394 each and also claimed Centurian Bank Of Punjub Rs 450/-each. So that pl.help me as early as possible.
