Deductin of charges without any information

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had an a/c no045010100159012 at Tollygung branch inSBSPA schetme 2005 end with oo lien amount. Suddenly I came to know on enquiary that my lien amount has been changed toRs. 10000 (ten thousand) only andRs.842.70 has been deducted against CONS.&Service charge. I have applied in writting &on enquiary Iwas told by Relationship Manager Mrs. Sejal Kanodia that my case has been turned down out of THREE.Ihad requested her through E.mail to revert me back the reason of turn down about a WK.back. But she is also silent. It will not be unfair if I assume that my application has not been processed at all. May I request you to in vestigate thematter properly& arrange for REPAY with interest the full amount.
