WITH REFERENCE TO ABOVE I HAVE DONE A SINGLE TRANSACTION BY THE CARD NO. 4718630001201846
THE TRANSCATION WAS OF RS. 5000/- AS CASH AND AFTER RECEIVGING THEIR FIRST STATEMENT ON 25.08.2007 I HAVE DONE THE FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT OF RS. 5400/- (ACTUAL AMOUNT RS. 5000/- TAXES INTEREST) ON 14.09.2007 AND AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT DONE ANY TRANSACTION WITH THE SUBJECT CARD AND I HAVE SUBMITTED THE CRUSHED CARD TO AXIS BANK ON 14.09.2007 AND ASKED THEM FOR NOC, BUT THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME THE FALSE STATEMENT OF RS. 2476/-
AFTER REPEATED E-MAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DESK THEY ARE GIVING THE SATISFCATORY RESPONSE TO ME AND HARRASING ME OVER PHONE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF RS. 2476/- IMMEDIATELY.
PLEASE FILE MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE A STRONG ACTION AGAINST AXIS BANK SO I GET RTID OF THIS FALSE AND FAKE STATEMENTS
