Dear sirmadam

I have applied for credit card in the month of feb. my ref no is 1798503. The representative who contacts me is mr jitu, his no is 9870050053.when he contacted me he assured me for creditcard. I have also saving account in axis bank. I have given all documents which required by mr jitu on that time. Yesterday I visited axis bank nappeansea road branch and asked mr jitu about my credit card he replied me that if you fix rs25000 then you get credit card easily. I am permament customer of your bank, in terms of services these things are very bad. My saving account no is149010100109673.Please take the required action as early as possible.
